Public beta legal notice. Effective July 3, 2026.
FlightNight is a league-organizing tool from Apps 4 That LLC. By using it you agree to the terms below.
FlightNight is a tracker and organizer. The money board records who owes what and what payouts are planned — it never holds, collects, custodies, transfers, or pays out money, and it is not a payment service, escrow, wallet, or money transmitter. All actual collection and payment of league money happens outside the app, between the people in your league, and is your league's own responsibility — including complying with any laws or course policies that apply to prize money where you play.
FlightNight's quota and net systems use simple, published formulas (shown in the app). They are not the World Handicap System: no Course Rating, no Slope, no PCC. They exist only for your league's own standings. Do not represent FlightNight numbers as a WHS Handicap Index or use them in outside competition. FlightNight is not affiliated with or endorsed by the USGA or The R&A.
The coach (on-device and AI) summarizes rules and league conventions from a cited knowledge base. It can be wrong, and it is not an official ruling — your league's committee (probably you) makes the calls, and the actual Rules of Golf text controls. It deliberately refuses betting/odds advice and legal or tax questions about prize money.
League data lives in your browser's storage. You're responsible for the device it lives on and for anything you show your league. Clearing browser data deletes the league permanently.
The Season Pass is a one-time purchase per season per organizer and is processed by Stripe. The AI Commissioner is planned as a monthly subscription, but it is not on sale yet while live AI entitlement is finished. Pricing is shown before you buy. The public beta may also include labeled full access for evaluation.
Don't abuse the endpoints, attempt to break the guards, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may throttle or block abusive traffic.
FlightNight is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Apps 4 That LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes inside your league (including money disputes — see Section 1). Our total liability is capped at what you paid for the app in the prior 12 months.
These draft terms will be finalized (and this banner removed) only after attorney review, before public launch. Material changes will be posted here.
